Traffic is the king

- This is our core business and we have proven it can be used to create serious traction without any intermediaries
- We will keep on developing new unique product lines so we have something that fits any location in the world
- Adding different unique accommodation into one package covering the whole holiday creates SCA
- It is key elment in the crash protecting business model. Only total lock-down in homes stops us. We do fine in domestic-only travel.

- Gives direct access to large base of clients aligning with our purpose. We will build into it 3 level gamification.
- Large travel companies e.g. Secret Escape have been build around only a “email list”. Secret Escape has 22 mln members and 400 employees.
- We are taking it a step further. Not only a mailing list – a purpose build social network focusing on strengthening biodiversity. No ads – More naturer
- We want it to become the first website people go to after their morning coffee. It is more important to become addicted to strengthening biodiversity than anything else.

Most of the people creating huge followers group have problem creating cash. We will build up their passive income and they bring their traffic to their profile on our website. A win-win.
Route to exit

- Project based debt financing with a security (pledge) in underlying tangible assets such as Tesla vehicles and Panorama Lodges and other similar assets directly linked to each product line.
- Lenders provided with stock options convertible at IPO (First North).

- As preparation for IPO starts, other experienced private investors provided with an opportunity to participate.
- The proceeding would enable stronger growth in the Nordic market.

- When x turn over has been reached an IPO on First North becomes compulsory
